Welcome home! This well-maintained and small 9-unit complex, complete with attached 2-car direct access garages, and a spa will wow you and your friends! The downstairs half bath is perfect for your guests. The nicely sized (and private) covered front patio is great for relaxing on our wonderfully perfect evenings. There is almost nobody walking by the front of your unit. Even the street is lightly traveled at this end of the cul-de-sac. The master suite has a large bathroom space with dual sinks and there are two closets! One is a large walk-in and the other is good sized as well. There is lots of closet/storage space here. Both the other bedrooms have nice walk-in closets as well, and the upstairs hall has plenty of linen cabinets and storage space. All 3 bedrooms have good size with the master being particularly spacious. You can even access the attic if you need more storage! Ceiling fans help keep you comfortable in every bedroom. Of course, there is newer central A/C and heat as well, replaced in 2020. Dual windows help keep costs down and sound to a minimum. The master also has nice crown molding. The kitchen and living room both have nice recessed lighting. The kitchen has a pantry as well as a water line to service the refrigerator. The garage is where you will find the laundry hookups. By the way, even the garage is good sized. You may enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room when temperatures cool down. The water heater was replaced in 2023. Don't forget to visit the spa. It is in a nice space and quite private. The complex has been recently painted, termite repairs completed and even the spa has a new heater. Why move into a complex in need of repairs when you can live here? Come visit, enjoy it, and make it yours right away!
